A little about who we are
Fine Lamb LLC is a joint partnership between Cameron Gillespie of Gillespie Grazing Company and Eric JT Harlow of Harlow's Hills West Coast.
Eric JT Harlow (Shepherd, Sales) After relocating from his parent's farm in Wisconsin to Oregon, Eric established his own flock of 900 Debouillet ewes. Eric has grown from a small flock of 100 Katahdin. Along the way he has built a great understanding of what his lamb customers are looking for "Quality." Eric is currently grazing his flock just outside of Athena, OR.
Message From Eric and Cameron: We want to take a moment to thank you for visiting our website and helping to support family farms. We simply couldn't compete with large industrial farms if we weren't able to market our lambs directly to you, the customer. You get a high-quality, hand-selected product and we are able to do what we love, produce high-quality Lamb.
People have asked why we feel so strongly about supporting small family farms. The number one reason is quality. The second most important reason is knowing the meat you eat is produced humanely and with VERY low environmental impact. In fact, we have been working with wheat farmers in Eastern Oregon to provide natural weed control on fields that are rotated out of planting for the year. This creates a positive environmental impact by providing natural weed-control while the sheep and lambs get fat.
The next time you buy lamb or beef from you local market or restaurant, ask where it is from. We have found 99% of the markets and restaurants we ask have no idea where or how the meat they serve/sale was raise or processed. We are working hard to increase awareness of how your meal was produced and who produced it. When you buy lamb from us, you know where, who and how it was produced. And you have our guarantee of a high-quality product.

Cameron Gillespie (Shepherd, Sales) After relocating from Australia, Cameron
established Gillespie Grazing Company in the United States in 2003.
Cameron is currently grazing 1000 Super-Fine Rambouillet ewes
outside of Pendleton, OR. Cameron brought not only his
understanding and commitment to quality sheep ranching with him, but
also his good nature.
