Ingredients:
4 American Lamb shanks
4 cloves garlic, divided
1 tablespoon lemon pepper, divided
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced into rings
1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 can (28 ounces) whole tomatoes and juice, broken up
1/2 cup red wine or chicken broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

Directions:
In 13 x 9-inch baking dish with meat rack, arrange shanks. Make
