We can provide you with Locally Grown, Natural Lamb by the case.  We realize that Supermarkets, CO-OPs, Restaurants and Chefs have different needs then home Gourmets.

  • Delivery directly to your door anywhere in the United States.

  • Whole or half carcasses. 

  • Frozen or Fresh.

  • We have many cuts by the case. 

  • We are currently producing about 2000 lambs per year.  Of these lambs we put together cases for standing orders or special orders.
